Hi there! My name is Paul Collop. I've dedicated almost a decade of my life to assisting individuals grappling with mental health and addiction. My aim in therapy is to aid clients in easing their distress and moving towards the life they aspire to. I believe that in counseling, you hold the wisdom of your own journey, and at times, we find ourselves trapped in various aspects of life. I believe part of my role is walking with you through the pain you may have and help you get to the other side. My role is to support you in breaking free from suffering and detrimental patterns hindering your desired life path.
I utilize multiple modalities in my practice including traditional talk therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy(DBT). I also offer process oriented therapies such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) emotional freedom tapping technique , brainspotting and acudetox auricular acupuncture.
